Budget for one run or an evening

Two adults pay €33.00 for one daytime ascent each, or €38.00 in the evening. These are lift costs: any unknown rental price still needs to be added.

Choose your visit date and number of rides first. Then add rental, travel and possible deposits. This helps distinguish a low ticket price from a low overall trip cost.

Rental and getting there

Rental is available at the valley station. A confirmed 2026/27 rental price is still missing from our comparison. Ask about daytime or evening rental, returns and deposits.

When travelling to Hainzenberg, plan the connection to Gerlossteinbahn and your return. The official page explains the guest-card voucher for transfers on route 4094; a sledding ticket alone is not enough.

Does Gerlosstein suit your trip?

Our comparison: for one long run, look at the single ascent. For several daytime runs, compare the day ticket with the sum of individual ascents. An evening outing needs the separate evening rate.

Gerlosstein frequently asked questions

Is my day ticket valid in the evening?

No. The operator excludes day, multi-day and season tickets in the evening. Buy the appropriate evening ticket for your outing.

Does the lift price include sled rental?

We list lifts and rental separately. Ask the rental provider for the missing rental price; lift costs are not a complete trip price.
